A 22 year old competitive Magic The Gathering Grinder from Japan. After moving to Italy in 2022, bursted onto the pro scene and now is part of one of the top professional teams in the world: Team Worldly Counsel.

Known as Myra in the Magic community, Masaya is always aiming to compete in the top tournament circuits such as the European Championships, The Spotlight series. In 2025 he has not only won qualifications to the Arena Championships and Pro Tours but was also crowned the UK Champion by winning the Axion Now Invitational series.

Whilst balancing his studies as a med student and competitor, Masaya also writes articles and coaches in both English and Japanese in the hopes of guiding players to reach the Regional Championships and the Pro Tour.
